Peter Rabbit

Peter Rabbit Mischief and Mayhem

The exhibition introduces a new generation to Peter Rabbit and encourages older generations to revisit their childhood. Highly interactive and family friendly, it encouraged intergenerational interaction, and provided visitors with a fun learning experience.

The main exhibition is based in the gallery, from where a trail leads throughout the museum encouraging children to spot objects as they go; to the family gallery for more interactive activities including Mrs Tiggy Winkle's washing line, Peter's burrow and Ginger and Pickles' shop.

It carries on through the Museum grounds culminating in Mr MacGregor's garden which houses a community project involving local primary schools. The project was done in collaboration with Caroline Brown from the River and Rowing museum, garden designers Hawkmoth and graphic designer Fiona Barlow at anonymous associates.
